Most of our full kitchen remodels land between $45,000 and $120,000 depending on layout changes, cabinetry line, and finishes. Cosmetic refreshes can come in lower; kitchens with structural changes or additions run higher. After one consultation we will give you a realistic range for your specific home, in writing.

Fixed prices. Because we complete design and selections before construction begins, we can commit to a firm contract price. The only changes come from things genuinely hidden in walls, and even then you approve every dollar before work continues.

Almost all of our clients do. We build sealed dust barriers with negative air pressure, protect floor paths, keep a working kitchen or bath available whenever possible, and end every day with a site tidy. Whole-home projects sometimes warrant a short move-out, and we will tell you honestly if yours does.

Typical timelines: bathrooms 4 to 7 weeks, kitchens 6 to 10 weeks, basements 8 to 12 weeks, whole-home renovations 4 to 9 months. Your contract includes a construction schedule, and our on-time completion rate over the last three years is 94%.

Yes, all of them. We pull permits with Mecklenburg County and surrounding jurisdictions, schedule every inspection, and meet the inspector on site. You will never stand in a permit office line because of us.

Every remodel we complete is covered by a written 5-year workmanship warranty on our labor, above and beyond manufacturer warranties on products. We also perform a complimentary 11-month checkup visit to catch normal settling before your first year is out.

Fully. Renova holds a North Carolina General Contractor license (NC GC No. 82374), carries $2M in general liability coverage, and every crew member on your project is covered by workers compensation. Documentation is included in every proposal.
