Absolutely. Our Steel and Titan memberships include unlimited class access, so you can mix and match programs as much as you want. Many members lift Monday, box Wednesday, and recover with yoga on Sunday.
Every program offers beginner-friendly modifications. Our coaches will scale movements to your current fitness level and progress you safely. Around 40% of new members start with zero gym experience.

Members must be 16+ for general programs. We offer a supervised Youth Athlete program for ages 13-15 with parental consent, run twice weekly by our CSCS-certified staff.
Group classes are included with Steel and Titan tiers. Iron members can add unlimited classes for $25/month or drop in for $12 per class. Personal training is priced per session or bundled into Titan.
We cap every class to keep coaching quality high: 16 spots for CrossFit and HIIT, 20 for boxing and spin, 24 for yoga. Book through the app up to 7 days ahead.
