Every Signature and Bespoke project includes revision rounds before anything ships, and our 30-day follow-up visit exists specifically to fine-tune anything that isn't sitting right. Return and exchange terms are outlined at contract.

In-stock pieces may be returned within 30 days in original condition for a full refund less delivery costs. Made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale once production begins, which we always confirm with you first.
