We recommend booking 3-6 months ahead for weddings, peak dates (May, June, September) often fill 8 months out. Your date is only reserved with a signed proposal and 25% deposit, and we cap ourselves at two weddings per weekend so every couple gets our full attention.

Yes! Order by 2pm and we deliver the same day within our Downtown and Midtown zones (roughly a 10-mile radius). Suburban orders placed by 2pm arrive next morning. Every delivery includes a photo-at-the-door text confirmation.

Absolutely. During signup you'll set color preferences, favorite stems, and any flowers to avoid (allergies, pets, or just taste). Our florists curate within your profile, and you can pause, skip, or swap sizes anytime from a single email, no phone calls required.

Every arrangement is backed by our 7-Day Freshness Promise. If your flowers don't look beautiful for a full week with basic care, send us a photo within 24 hours of noticing and we'll re-deliver a fresh arrangement or refund you in full. No forms, no arguing.

About 70% of our stems come from three partner farms within 40 miles in the Willamette Valley, rising to nearly 100% in summer. Winter tropicals and orchids are imported through Rainforest Alliance-certified growers. Every bouquet card lists the farms your flowers came from.

Yes, we maintain weekly lobby and restaurant arrangements for 30+ Portland businesses, plus event installs for galas and product launches. Corporate accounts get priority morning delivery, monthly invoicing, and a dedicated designer. Email corporate@bloomflowers.com for a rate sheet.

Our drivers follow your delivery notes first. Otherwise, we leave arrangements in a shaded, protected spot with a photo confirmation text, or with a front desk/neighbor when available. In extreme heat or cold we'll hold the flowers in our cooler and re-attempt at no charge.
